Not What I Expected
ETA:The seller contacted me about my review. I believe they really want you to be happy with your product and their customer service is second to none.--------------------It works, but the picture quality isn't what I expected. It has a very narrow vertical field of view, without much extra width.I receive notifications about 10 minutes after an event when I'm away from the house. If I’m at home, I get them two to five minutes after the event. When listening to a live feed, it sounds noisy, but the audio is still understandable. However, recorded sound quality is terrible, and when speaking through the camera, the audio is overmodulated.

They are amazing
For the price of Reolink, you can't beat them. They are easy to install and the software is easy to use. I have multiple of different Reolinks and they are amazing.

Camera Works Well Once Located For WiFi Connection
I would give the Argus 4 Pro five stars for build quality, software app, night vision and a wide array of features that can be customized. Setup was easy. One fairly small complaint was the lack of a full time on/off indicator. The most important downside was locating the camera where it could dependably connect with my WiFi. Some locations within 50-ft of my router would never/rarely connect. But I cannot say if the issue was the camera or my AT&T WiFi. I was able to work around this issue and found a suitable location and the camera is working well.

Not bad for the money
I think it works good for the most part. Very good quality videos. Seems that objects in very center of field are less likely to set off a motion alert and record event. I found that changing aim to where you really need is a third way off center works much better. I have spent a lot of my time trying to fine tune these so I'm not missing so many events or getting motionless videos. I am still learning. At times they flawlessly other times missing what I feel is the first 8 seconds of an event. Maybe operator error. I have two but one seem to record more than double nothings. This is just one review so look at others and compare and Good luck!

Would Not Buy This Model Again
Coverage Area: I bought this because I wanted a wide view camera to capture a large backyard (rectangle approx 1/2 acre). It serves that purpose well. The drawback is you sacrifice height for width. The attached photo shows the viewing height of my PT Ultra (bottom) compared to the 4 Pro (top). My yard is 3X as wide as it is deep, yet I cannot see the back gate without losing view of the back of the house. The gate is approximately 40' from the back door. The side/peripheral views are great. Even though the camera picks up the entire yard, the motion sensor does not. Motion is only detected in about a 30'x60' area directly in front of the camera which is less than 1/3 of the yard. If someone was walking along my side fences, I would never know. I do appreciate that I can see the entire yard using live view on the app.Battery Life: They advertise this camera as having a much better, longer life battery. This battery is actually much worse than my Argus PT Ultras. It drains quickly despite conservative motion settings. If I don't completely turn off the motion detection during the day when I'm home, then I have to take the camera down in the evening and recharge the battery with a power cord. I have 4 Argus PT cameras that are solar panel powered, and I have never had to take them down for charging despite them being set to sensitive motion detection that is turned on 24/7. The fact that the battery combined with a solar panel can't keep the camera charged on a bright sunny day while still detecting motion defeats the purpose of having a security camera. I plan to replace it with two POE cameras.Rookie Mistake: I was a new user of security cameras. I thought if the cameras were added to a Home Hub and images stored on the Home Hub SD card that I didn't need to add individual SD cards to each camera. It turns out that individual SD cards are necessary. The cameras work without them, but they work much better with them. I don't understand why, but events pop up on the individual SD cards that never show on the Home Hub SD card. I now check both, which is easy to do on the ReoLink app.Set Up: Once you figure out how to set up one ReoLink wireless camera, you can quickly set up any of their wireless cameras. The prompts on the app make it simple. The major problem I ran into is with SD cards. In order for a camera to recognize the SD card and format it, the camera has to be added as a stand-alone camera and not added to the Home Hub. After it is set up and the SD card formatted, then it can be added to the Home Hub.

Very good low light vision!
When the sun is going down, other cameras quickly switch to black and white night vision that is still quite limited. This camera can see in color in much dimmer conditions. The 180 degree field of view is very helpful in covering large swaths of property. The AI motion detection is helpful for avoiding alarms when the wind blows bushes or leaves fall, etc. I don't see how to have 24/7 recording or pre-motion recording. So the recorded snippets are helpful, but don't always tell me the whole story. The clip on the strap broke on the first attempt at mounting the camera, but mounting with screws was very solid. The solar panel has no trouble keeping the camera battery charged. I can access the motion alerts, the motion videos, and the live video feed from the phone app without paying for a service.
