Red Bell Pepper Seed Corer
This is one of those kitchen gadgets you don’t realize you need until you have it! I used to dread prepping bell peppers because getting the seeds and core out was such a pain. This corer makes it ridiculously easy — you just twist it in and pull everything out in one go. No mess, no frustration. It works great on apples and pears too, which has been a bonus. The stainless steel feels high quality and super durable, and it's easy to clean after use. If you do a lot of cooking with fresh veggies, you seriously need this tool in your life. It’s made my meal prep so much quicker and cleaner.

Very sharp and effective
These are super sharp! I thought I would only get one, but the package came with two! I was pleasantly surprised that they are super sharp and easy to use. I placed the pepper on my cutting board and force the stem extractor straight down on top of the pepper. It extracts the stem and most of the seeds very easily. The handle is long enough that it even works for taller peppers. I don't usually push through the bottom of the pepper, but I do pull off the top and it's very easy to store as well!
