These to go packets are great way to keep regular. Take them mornings while getting ready. They are pre measured so just fill in my morning water and down it. Before I leave the house they are working. The fiber is just the right amount. No stomach pains or groans just working efficiently. The taste is great not too sugary. These are part of my subscription.

Like I can grab these and go! Plus they’re sugar free so that’s a plus! I like to take them before my meal and it’s easier to just open 1 individual instead of measuring out of the container!

Great but skimpy
This was a purchase to save trips to the pharmacy and to get a better price. It is very handy for travel so as not to have to take a large cylinder of powder or jar of pills. My only gripe is that each packet is rather spartan. Seems to be quite a bit less, maybe even half, than the "rounded teaspoon" recommended on the labels of the usual powder versions.
