Obviously the quality of the supplement is the most important part. Price and quantity are also of importance. But for me? A fish oil supplement that has NO fishy burps or taste but is still good quality is the MOST important thing for me and this one hits the mark.Anyway... So my cholesterol is pretty high and my doctor recommended fish oil supplements along with a better diet and exercise. Better diet and exercise I'm already doing, but I just loathe trying fish oil supplements because of the nasty fishy aftertaste or oily burps. Especially when you're with others and they have to smell it, too. Just grossness all around.
