Just installed and the water tastes good, not much of water wastage, water is below 40 tds, installation was good, the tap is a bit flimsy but it works for me. The water is purified quite quickly, store good amount of water as well, and everything is working well. I'm sure that the filter itself is worth the price and adding the 2 yr free service is cherry on top. But I'm just not sure that when would I need to call for service or regular check. Also not very sure about the auto cleanup function. Did not get a manual or any guide to useor maintain the purifier. Some people do read it. The looks and everything else is just so premium.

Overall a very good Water Purifier and Good Build quality. Taste of filtered water is also very good and performance is also good.Also very good customer service from Urban Company. I liked the product very much.

Delivery from Amazon was as usual, no complaints. no issues with the product or packaging.Installation experience was excellent as the Technician arranged by Urban Company (Mr. Kalpesh) was an expert and answered all questions that I raised.Since my flat is on 1st floor of 13 floor building, Technician explained me how the pressure can affect the functionality of the purifier, he visited again to install the water pressure reducing valve and charged 250 INR as it was mentioned by Urban Company in the app.Taste of the water is good, TDS is around 45, which is fine.There are no cons.

My overall experience with the Native M1 after one week of use has been very good. Right from the start, it felt like a reliable and well-designed product.The refilling time is quite efficient, taking around 20–25 minutes. In my area, the incoming water TDS level is around 590, and after purification, the Native M1 consistently delivers water with a TDS between 55–60, which is excellent for safe drinking.The box includes a TDS meter, so you don’t need to buy one separately.Installation was completely free of cost, which is great considering that some brands charge extra. The process was smooth — I’m located in Tambaram, Chennai, and the service expert was professional and answered all our queries clearly.While the outer body feels sturdy and well-made, the tap is a major letdown. It looks and feels fragile, as if it might break easily with regular use. This is something UC definitely needs to improve.Compared to other ROs in this segment, the Native M1 holds up as a strong competitor, especially in terms of service cost and water purification quality.I would rate it 4 out of 5 overall, with one star deducted due to the tap quality.

Great product. Very reliable from a not-so-famous brand. The product may appear to be slightly expensive at the first sight but it is worth buying at the price it is sold because there is absolutely no cost involved for at least the first two years. The brand offers an AMC after 2 years at a very reasonable price. I did my research before deciding to buy the product and happy with the first impression. Brand technician is very friendly and answered all questions with a smile. Explained the DOs and DONTs. Attention to detail was impressive. Strongly recommend.

Good Ro, good service1 design flaw in tap of ROwhen the tap is closed , the tap disputes water stream splashing water everywhere. either water should stream should be stopped by the time tap handle reaches stream or the tap handle should not obstruct steam at allgiving 1 star less for this
