Great product, and very affordable
I’m a beginner photographer and wanted to explore with some filters so I chose to go with k&f variable nd filters as well as their 28 layer cpl. I’m super happy with the filters! I seen a lot of reviews stating they had issues with not being able to unthread the filter once it was on, and I have yet to have that issue with any of my filters, the filters do have very fine threads so I think it’s possible some people may be over tightening them or cross thread them, so as long as your careful not to do either of those it’ll probably be just fine! The last thing I’ll add is that if you plan to stack a cpl on top of the nd filter you will need a bigger diameter filter. I was unaware of that and bought the same size cpl so I was not able to stack them like I planned, so if your new to this like I am be sure to check what size filter you’ll need to stack them. alternatively though the nd filter will stack on top of the cpl, but everything I read says if your stacking, the cpl should be on top of the nd filter.

Excellent Variable ND Filter, Just Watch Out at Higher Stops
This K&F Concept 67mm variable ND filter works great overall; smooth adjustment, solid build, and clear image quality. It’s perfect for controlling exposure in bright conditions and comes with a nice filter cap and cleaning cloth. The only issue is at higher apertures (around f/18 and up), you’ll start to see the classic black “X” pattern that can appear with variable NDs. Still, it’s easy to avoid if you stay in the lower to mid ND range. Great value for the price!

Excellent variable ND filter, but be mindful of the x-pattern at higher stops
The media could not be loaded. For BMPCC4KI have been using this K&F Concept 58mm Variable ND Filter for about a month now, and overall I am very satisfied with the quality and performance. It is well-built, slim, and comes with nice extras like a filter cap and cleaning cloth. The rotation is smooth and it fits securely on my lenses without causing vignetting at lower stops. In terms of performance, the “True Color” claim holds up quite well in my experience. Compared to other budget ND filters I’ve tried before, this one introduces very minimal color cast, which saves me a lot of time in post-processing. It performs beautifully in bright outdoor settings, helping to achieve silky smooth water shots and properly exposed videos without cranking up shutter speed. That said, like with all variable ND filters, you should be aware of the x-pattern (cross pattern) issue when pushing it to the higher end of its range. Once you go beyond about 7 stops, the x-pattern can start to appear, especially with wide-angle lenses or if shooting in very bright conditions. This isn’t a flaw specific to this product, but rather a limitation of variable ND filter technology in general. I simply avoid maxing it out and plan my shots accordingly — staying in the lower to mid-range stops avoids the issue completely and still gives me plenty of flexibility.Overall, for the price, this ND filter delivers fantastic value. It’s great for travel, landscape, and video work. Just be aware of how to use it properly to avoid the cross pattern effect. If used within its optimal range, it produces clean, sharp, and color-accurate results.Highly recommended for budget-conscious photographers and videographers who know the limits of variable NDs.

67 on bottom 72 on top
While it screws on to my 67mm adapter just great, I bought a step down adapter hoping to use some other filters with this, however the threads on the front are 72 mm. It makes sense the front would be wider I just wish it were advertised as such

Great value variable ND
This actually exceeded my expectations. It's not perfect, but it's cheap for what it is. A variable ND will have downsides and a cheap one even more so. I originally purchased a different even cheaper filter just for one use, but it made the image so soft and tinted I found it unusable. This one I tested on the Sigma 18-50 F2.8 and I was surprised to find it usable. It adds a bit of tint at all strengths, a slight yellow green, almost like a touch of sepia. It barely reduced the sharpness of the lens. That's quite good for a cheap variable ND filter. It's good enough that for my use case I'm comfortable correcting the colors out in post.

Very good filter
This thing is pretty amazing. I am new to videography and cameras. I have spent the last year just watching a lot of YouTube videos. As I get more into testing different cameras and different products I never thought to get an ND filter. I would just say that before you buy one learn about ND filters and ISO and WB, and this will help you understand why and how to use the filter. I am using the filter to get some cool outdoor videos and this helps get that beautiful blue sky and focus on your subject. Overall I am beyond satisfied.
