Incredible quality
These knives are quite expensive but totally worth it. They look exceptional and are razor sharp. A good excuse to eat more steak!

Why did you choose this product over others?:Perfect. I did sharpen to my desire although it does come quite sharp. The weight and design is amazing, the only thing I could change about it, is maybe the grip as when my hands get wet or covered in fish bit it may slip but apart from that it’s perfect.

Fillet knife
This is an excellent fillet knife, no complains for the price. I have used it for both meat and fish. Sharpness is very good and has a good feeling on hand. I hope it last and keep it's sharpness for a long time
