Zero costumer service
The disrespect !!! Now, y'all see why some folks refused to support our communities, because of the neglected, disrespect, careless ,zero costumer service when it comes to the Haitian's community. You guys are the first one to be on social media talking about on how y'all have no supports, meanwhile the products that you guys selling are so darn expensive, presentations suck, and the small portions are ridiculous. This is going to be my last time supporting you. Treat people how you want to be treated !!!!

Small Portions for the Price
Cassave is of course, delicious as it is native to my country, and I fully support it. However, the price that I paid was not worth it, it was really small. I should have read the comments before purchasing. There is another one that I usually order from Amazon, different vendor, I get 3 large stacks with 3 large within each for $14.91 total. Unfortunately, it was no longer available so I attempted to order this one for the first time. Disappointed with that. The sugar cassave I have not had in ages so it was nostalgic eating the sweet one...

Taste as expected
I am surprised to see the bad reviews. this product is as expected. Casav is hard and can be brittle and can crack during shipping. Overall I would recommend to someone who loves casav but can’t buy it fresh and have no option but to order online.

The cassave was poor-quality and crushed into small pieces
I received a poor-quality cassava, crushed into small pieces, as you can see in the photo.Imagine a very expensive, poor-quality product.
