Says 'external use only' or whatever only because that's a legal requirement in various countries (don't get me started on the ridiculous reasons why!) and I'm sure you'd find it cheaper if you have a Desi supermarket where you are but... needs must, and this is great in my curries.

Amazing for hair
Amazing for hair I wouldn’t consume this as it states it’s not for eating/cooking, only issue is when I oil my hair with this it removes my hair colour😭

Beautifully strong mustard oil
Just as I like it - strong, dark, potent mustard aroma and super tasty to cook with.I made indian kimchi with this -Any veg or unripe fruit sliced and mixed with sea salt, turmeric powder and crushed garlic cloves. Spread on tissue or newspaper and leave overnight for water to come out of it. Next day warm the mustard oil and pour in crushed mustard seeds. Dont cook the seeds as they burn quickly. Cool and mix with your veg or fruit mix above then stuff in clean jars. Pour some olive oil to cover the surface and shut tight with the lid. Leave in a cupboard for 3 days or so.Enjoy!
