I love the smudging tool it comes with. This eyeliner glides on if you keep it from drying out. Truly water proof, and mostly sweat proof.

Great Product

I don't know what the others who are saying this is poor quality mean. It's soft and glides on well, is smudgeable but doesn't smudge unless you want it to. My go to store is Sephora but they haven't been carrying brown for a while. So glad Amazon is offering this.

The blue color is very pretty. But the problem with this pencil/liner is that it breaks all the time.First, I thought it was old but I kept going because I liked the color and it lasts long on me. It’s hard to put it doesn’t glide like soft pencils do but It doesn’t smudge as well. After reading a lot of reviews, I understood that my pencil wasn’t old, it was just poorly made.. And no matter how careful I’m it breaks. Sharper breaks it too plus it makes everything stuck inside it.
