Like I said, these are clearly potent. They had an effect though for me it was not desirable, or the dosage was too strong for me. When I take these every day as instructed the probiotics cause some.... extremely obvious impact on the toilet. The impact was aggressive even. I may slow this down to once or twice a week to see if I can get benefit without the negative impacts. I suspect that this is due to a lack of other bacteria (akkermansia) which I've found using ombre / Gi mapping.

When I tell you this stuff WORKS. I would recommend to only take this if you need help ya know, moving things thru. I took it one night after having a few drinks & it was rough. Definitely a good replacement for a laxative or softener.

Been searching and trying probiotics for years. This one is working the best. You need to research the single strain at 25 Billion CFU in this probiotic. Rather than write pages just Google it and you will be amazed. Even has clinical trials. Take this with Sunfiber daily for best results.

Better if higher cfu, using foil to individually pack each pill and more validation proof of the effective cfu in action eventually. I need to supplement two other brands to see a stabilisation effect in the gut.

This FloraGG probiotic supplement from LABO Nutrition arrived to me as shown on the listing here. The exterior box contains a lot of information about this FloraGG supplement, where it’s made, the company, etc. The bottle’s label contains much of the same information as on the box, but not all of it. The bottle contains 60 capsules, and each serving is 1 capsule daily, so you get 60 servings per bottle. The box also mentions that the capsules can be stored at Room Temperature (25C/77F) or refrigerated to maintain the highest potency. I’ve been keeping my bottle in the refrigerator since opening it. The ingredients are few and as follows:- FloraGG (Lactobacillus Rhamnosus GG) 25 Billion CFU- Sunfiber (Partially Hydrolyzed Guar Gum) 210mgOne of the key things touted about this FloraGG probiotic is that the capsules feature some type of 5-Layer Microencapsulation to help get the probiotics survive the stomach and get to where they are more useful. According to the box this particular probiotic strain is supposed to have good adhesion to the intestinal walls, as well.The capsules are of a typical size, are easy for me to swallow. I’ve been taking these probiotics early after waking, with my morning shake/smoothie thing, and, I haven’t noticed anything out of the ordinary. I also take everyday a Saccharomyces Boulardii product, it’s a yeast that survives stomach acid well, which does a lot for me, though it is more of a preventative, “Prebiotic/Probiotic”. I also take probiotics daily and sometimes I change certain probiotics I take that accompany the Saccharomyces Boulardii. This FloraGG Probiotic supplement from LABO Nutrition seems to work as well as some others I've taken in the past. No complaints, everything is so far, so good!
