Mounted in a 2016 F250. I was looking for a low profile dash mount. This works perfectly, and positions my phone right next to the infotainment screen.I previously had a windshield suction cup articulated arm type of mount. Had 2, and they each lasted about a year before the sun and heat caused the suction cup to break down. Additionally, it often put my phone right in the sun causing it to overheat occasionally.Unfortunately I can't use Android Auto without upgrading the infotainment hardware to the tune of $750. But this puts maps right next to everything else, and gives a much cleaner look than a top of the dash or windshield mount.The magnet is strong enough that it's held my phone (Pixel 7 Pro) solid with no issues so far. I do have a thinner rubber case on it however, so I can get away with attaching the included metal strips inside the case. On a thicker case, it might still work fine, or you might need to attach them to the outside maybe? Made of some sort of polished metal, and has some weight to it. Looks good, and doesn't feel cheap. Exactly what I wanted, and was only $13 for 2 of them.

I actually have these mounted on the sides of my car stereo in my 2007 silverado. I can now attached my add-on apple carplay for a great mount. My steering wheel has volume control so hiding the volume/tuning buttons on the car stereo isn't an issue.

Easy installation and works okay. The magnet is not super strong so when I hit a bump, my phone will sometimes fall off.

I don't typically leave reviews for small things like this, however, as someone who has gone through a large amount of phone mounts. This is the first one I have owned that has not fallen off with fast turns or abrupt stops. The magnet is strong, I got the two pack which for the price you really can't beat. I'd purchase again for sure.

These are the best car magnetic phone mounts I have found. Just bought new Mazda CX5 and it mounted perfectly below the display.

Magnet is not very strong unless you are willing to install the semi-permanent adhesive magnetic plate on the back of your phone/case. I have a MagSafe case and this would render it useless for my other devices as well as wireless charging. Not to mention it looks cheap.The device itself is pretty solid and I like everything about it other than the magnet (without the plate and just using my MagSafe) is pretty weak. If the magnet was a little stronger this would absolutely be a 5 star. It holds my phone but barely. It slips and slides and I’m sure once I hit my first speed bump it’ll fall and bounce behind the break pedal.

Happy with purchase. Just what I needed but not excessive. Wanted something to just blend in with the dash. Being adjustable for viewing is a plus. Mounted easily and works perfect for my needs
