they are not transparent or white. you can see the sticker around the flower. its more like a hazy clear and they fell off the next day for me. I applied them to a latex painted, satin finish wall

Q: Is it possible to get or buy just the last panel? It messed up when I was sticking it on the wall?

I don't think so, but they aren't very expensive

Q: Is the design on both sides? I want to use on glass window/doors

I installed it on a wall. It is transparent looking and you can see the flowers from the back, so I would think it would look nice from the other side of a window.

Q: Can pieces be cut smaller if needed?

In order to avoid affecting the effect of the stickers, we do not recommend cutting them.
