I like fine-line pens and pencils--0.3 mm are my favorites. I have difficulty finding fine-line pencils, though, particularly in regular lead/graphite pencils. These mechanical pencils were such a surprise. I love the 0.5 mm lead, the slim casing (in pretty metallic shades, subtle but pleasing), and the clip so I can slip the pencil into my journal strap and have less likelihood of losing my pencil. I was blown away by the amount of lead and eraser refills that came with this set, as well as the three large, white rubber erasers--all needed and appreciated for an artist. The pencils write smoothly and erase cleanly. The pencils feel good in my hand as I draw. Great deal. Will purchase more in the future.

UPDATED 5/12/2025 : After expressing my concern about the design and breakage of the .5mm pencil, I received wonderful customer service from the company. They took my concerns seriously and sent me a complimentary .7mm to try out. It is a perfect solution. I do not usually prefer .7mm but the design of this pencil makes using the larger lead comfortable, more durable and it is as precise as the .5mm. I am thrilled with the company and will buy from them more often now!Original: 4/20/2025 I have been using .5 lead for decades and have never had so many problems with lead breaking at the slightest writing pressure. I believe it is from the design of the tip -- a very sharp metal edge -- that constantly breaks the lead off. It is incredibly frustrating. On the positive side, the pencils look lovely and feel nice in the hand. I am keeping them because the pack comes with 8 packages of lead and erasers and a nice case. The erasers are good quality. Maybe it is the lead that is terrible and not the pencil? -- hard to say at this point but since it all comes in a pack, my rating stands.

Everything in one. And a case so everything isnt just thrown in a drawer. Pencils look very sleek and are durable. Aside from the mote than decent amount of refills, pencils are already pre-loaded and ready to use out the package.

My son is in a art middle school. Glad we made this purchase he used in school and loved them.

Never in my life have I heard of this brand but my son is an artist and he swears by it. So I purchased this set for him and he couldn't be more happy.

You have no idea how beautiful and amazing these mechanical pencils are. I bought them because a friend of mine had the same model, and oh my god, after trying them, I didn’t want to use any other pencils ever again. I especially love them because they all come in 0.7 mm. They include three erasers, eight packs of lead, and small replacement erasers. They look super pretty, feel really comfortable to write with, and for the price, they’re more than just a great deal.

Nice metal pencils that feel just right in your hand. Compare quite favorably to the $7 each Pent. The lead is nice and not too hard for sketching with a tremendous amount of extra leads . There are extra pencil top erasers, but I don’t prefer them . Also three large block erasers all in a nice convenient plastic case . Quite nice for the money!
