I’ve used a lot of cacao powders. Cacao is one of the highest plant-based sources of magnesium. This one stands out for its smooth flavor and fine texture. It's not as dark as some, but it blends well in everything from protein shakes to homemade hot chocolate without clumping or leaving gritty bits. I use cacao in my coffee every morning and so does everyone in my household.The taste is bold and deep but not bitter, which is great when I want to skip added sugar. I also use it for baking, and it’s been perfect for organic muffins, brownies, chocolate yogurt frozen treats, and even homemade granola bars.This large bag lasts a long time. We usually go through 3 cacao powder bags this size a month, though. LOL. Price-wise, it is a less than the other's we get. So if you want a budget-friendly option - this would be it. This cacao powder dissolves well in my coffee and the flavor is very good (Yummy!). I put the cacao and stevia in my mug first, then add just enough coffee and stir to dissolve it before filling the mug. This seems to work best. Lastly, I add creamer. The price was also good. I will buy it again.

Me gusta hacer mis postres para poder controlar los ingredientes, sobre todo los azúcares. He usado la cocoa pero quise intentar el cacao por primera vez, por eso lo compré. El cacao contiene más nutrientes y antioxidantes que la cocoa, el color y el sabor son más intensos. Además, el cacao tiene grandes beneficios. Me gusta mucho. Aprendí a hacer barritas de chocolate, muy fáciles y rápidas, bajas en calorías y con azúcar Monk, que también compré aquí. Definitivamente, el sabor es exquisito y vale la pena. Seguiré intentando usar cacao en otras de mis recetas. No tengo ya necesidad de comprar mis barritas de chocolate.

Love this Cacao Powder. It is organic and has excellent taste. This product does not contain sugar, which is a plus because I am controlling my sugar intake. It also offers prompt delivery.

Makes great hot chocolate. I add a little vanilla or peppermint sugarfree syrup. Tasty and it barely affects my glucose levels. It arrived from Amazon in a paper envelope, but the package had a small slit in it, so brown powder was all over the place, including on an iPhone case, packaged with it. Fortunately the case was the same color as the powder, and while it was a mess, everything cleaned up.

Surprisingly rich and lovely flavor with minimal bitterness. Very fine, shakes well into cold plant milk. I haven’t baked with it, but I imagine it would work well as a substitute for regular non-alkalized cocoa powder. Will definitely purchase again.

Product is what it is... Flavonoids- our daily use is to add a teaspoon to each of our cups of coffee. We do it NOT because of the taste but because it is supposed to help ( flavoinoids) t-cells move from the bones to whatever our body wants to heal- That's why we use it. Cheap insurance
