Japanese language, English subtitles, episodes 21-40 in high definition, Region A discs. Since making the choice to put on the military uniform, Oscar has watched over Marie Antoinette and seen much. The pettiness borne of royal ego, the strife wrought from class divisions, and most personally, the stress put on a young girl, given to rulership too soon. As France moves ever closer to revolution, Oscar protects the Queen from harm, but cannot look away from the encroaching darkness outside the walls. When the fire is lit, which side will Oscar choose?

Please note that this DVD is in French & Region 2 (requires multi-region player). This is a pretty good quality box set. I was especially pleased with the extended trailers included with this dvd set, though they're French dubbed, they're high quality sneak peeks at very RARE retro Japanese anime. (For example, you may have seen anime 3 musketeers "Anime Sanjuushi" before if you've dug deep enough into 80's anime, but I bet you haven't seen the Anime 3 musketeers with an all dog cast "Dogtanian". Very hilarious!). I can't even find this stuff in Akihabara!

Very damaged case
No complaints on the anime itself, I love it very much, but the case is so damaged that it looks as though it's been stomped on. The discs are miraculously unharmed, which I'm thankful for, but the case is very shredded :(
