Very easy to install, the valve is small too which is good for installations where there's not much gap around the taps. The tap head slows the bath tap flow very slightly but not enough to care. Sometimes there's a minor drip from the tap head, but since it's dripping into the bath it makes no difference, and I just turn it on or off at the tap when I use it. But overall it's great, because the nozzle is very reliable and strong (I dropped it a few times in the bath and it survived intact!) No leaking from the hose (good hose too) and no leaks from the nozzle head! Nothing has rusted either after a good few months of use.

This is a quality bidet, we have now used for 3 weeks and it was easy to fit. Works well and no complaints whatsoever. It comes with a stand, the bidet head and the pipe.

I bought this in November, and it’s already broken within a year. The quality seems very poor, or perhaps I received a defective item. The description mentions a 2-year warranty, so I’d like to request a replacement or return the product.

Easy to install. Easy to use (switching between tap and hand spray). Decent length for reach. Decent enough water pressure.They could have given a better wrench with different sizes and a wall hanger that could be stuck rather than screw able one. I ordered these 2 as separate products from other vendors but, packaging these 2 with this product with be be most useful for customers

Everything about this was perfect for what I needed as I haven’t got access to the cistern of the toilet for a water source and was beginning to think finding a sink attachment that would work in my bathroom wouldn’t happen - then I found this and thought at that price why not give it a go! Delighted I did But it’s not perfect.Pros: arrived quickly, easy to install and came with most necessary tools, works very well with only a little loss of water pressure, looks good despite material being light and some plastic.Cons: the sink adapter can be leaky and has over time lost some function (takes a few attempts to shut off) - considering this is the part that sets it apart from other models a spare one or an adapter sold separately would be great :)

I've been thinking about a bidet attachment since the loo roll shortage but everything was either too expensive, American fittings or just not feasible for my bathroom plumbing without paying a plumber. Then I found this and immediately ordered it. I wasn't expecting much but it's brilliant for the price and does exactly what it says on the tin. Ok, yes, it's been a learning curve that has occasionally resulted in accidentally spraying the cat but we're learning and saving money on loo roll. If you've been wanting one of these or wondering if it's worth it, this is for you. Because the tap adapter is free turning you can get the hose nicely out of the way behind the sink taps. The only problem I found is that the shower head has a little too much surface area for a good strength spray with my not exactly brilliant water pressure so I ordered a new, smaller one and that's been working just fine. Something to keep in mind if your water pressure isn't fantastic and don't forget to order some small towels to go with it. Large face flannels do the job perfectly. I splashed out on some 30cm square Egyptian cotton ones because why not? My bum's worth it 😂

Easy to install and installed myself (DIY'er) - Would be better if they had a pressure control valve.
