Really gorgeous rice that barely clouded the water while rinsing. Cooked up perfectly in my instant pot to become just a bit glutinous, with a nutty taste and just a little bite.I was brought up on brown, long grain rice but this short grain is so much nicer. Can’t wait to mix it with different grains.FWIW: Instant Pot recipe I used:Ratio 1.25:1 water to rice (so 2 1/2 C water to 2 C dry rice), 20 minutes high pressure, 15 minutes natural release, then fluff up.

Tastes great and suitable for sushi as it is naturally sticky. Has a slight nutty flavour, which was very nice. Will reorder when this finishes.

I always enjoyed Basmati or sushi rice, but for dietary reasons was advised to go over to brown rice, so I did. The end result was delicious and had a slightly nutty flavour. However, you can forget 18 minute cooking times for this rice, it is more like double that, but faster in an Instant Pot.

Love this rice and have managed to buy it on sale a few times. Definitely recommend and will buy again - even at full price. Well worth the money.

Upon opening the package, I noticed that it has an unpleasant, off smell, which is typical of expired or spoiled rice. The product does not meet my expectations for quality and I can’t return it. Be careful what you buy!

Plump,nutty,cooks well, great product

I ordered a few bags to make up the postage. Nice rice, good flavour and even my husband likes it which is impressive because he always complained about brown rice in the past!Cooks well in the rice cooker but only needs 1-1 of water at the very most.The eco friendly packaging is a big plus.
