Victorinox Fibrox Pro Chef's Knife, 8-Inch Chef's,Black

This is a great starter knife for anyone getting into cooking! Extremely sharp out of the box, light and easy to use. Handle feels great in the hand. Much cheaper to purchase one of these and figure out what you do or don’t like and make future knife purchases based on that.I’ve used it on meat, veggies, etc and it works effortlessly. I recommend buying a sheath to protect it wherever you store it in your kitchen.

Tried it because it is the knife recommended by a major cooking show. Was leary because of the price less than 50 bucks. AM NOT DISAPPOINTED! Really sharp, nice ergonomic handle, good balance and is holding its edge well.

I like the knife. It is very sharp and is a good value. My only complaint is that I ordered the 8 inch Fibrox Pro Chef's knife, but the company sent the 8 inch classic chef's knife.
