Very happy with purchase, still going strong after all these years.
I needed to upgrade to Windows 11 so it was time to get a new computer. Set-up was slightly cumbersome but after that it has been easy to use and navigate. It has a beautiful finish and is the perfect height. I would say that it was worth it.

Perfect, lightweight, fast
I bought this laptop a few weeks ago (with warranty). So far it's great. College hasn't started yet so I don't know how well it will work with classes yet. But it works well with streaming Netflix, Hulu, etc and also works very well if you need to stream your PlayStation 4 or XBox One. (Note that when you download the PS4 Remote app, start it up with your PS4 remote, it will take a few try's to connect to your PS4 via Wi-Fi unless its in your own home and make sure your PS4 is already on. Im still working on remotely playing my XBox One and setting that up.) The screen is amazing, computer is fast, very lightweight for on the go. Yes, it is a small screen, but it is not ridiculously small that you can't complete tasks, etc or won't make viewing your games/movies that difficult. This is not a gaming laptop, by the way, but great to stream and the lagging isn't that terrible either. Streaming Netflix, Hulu, etc has no lagging. Great Laptop!

Uninstall and Reinstall Windows
When I received the laptop of course it had the S Mode installed. I switched it to windows 10 and the computer ran super slow after that. It would take 60 seconds to respond to a command, so I started a return. Then I decided to try and uninstall and then reinstall windows and now the computer works perfectly! I run a business with it so I have multiple tabs open at one a couple of software downloads and so far its responding great and its meeting the needs of my business 👍***Update to this review the Laptop shuts off in the middle of using it and takes a couple of hours to turn back on and now after only 8 months of owning this Laptop it has shut down for the last time and will not turn back on. I do not recommend this Laptop👎***

JUNK - CRASHED - HAS NO MEMORY
It's worthless the moment you down load drivers for your printer and a few other small programs like to donuour TAXES maybe save a few pictures and POW! - CRASH!- BOOM!-BAM!-JUNK-would it have been do hard to make it ever so slightly bigger maybe even thicker? SO YOU CAN ADD MEMORY I love HP but you realy dropped the ball on this one. Enjoy my $200 bucks

Hidden files put in laptop so you cannot use memory to even do regular updates!
Got this for my husband to have his own computer laptop. Well when we got it so much of the memory was already taken up that we did not know what to do but assumed it was how it was supposed to be. Upon the laptop messing up and getting worse over the year and a few months we have had it, I contacted Microsoft who looked through the computer trying to find ways to help this situation. They told me they were unable to help because there are hidden files installed and they are not able to get to them to take them off but that is the reason we have a memory problem with the computer we cannot fix now. These people wait for you to finally figure out what is going on then tell you sorry about that but the window to return is passed and that is it!Do not buy from such a low and sneaky place that puts hidden files in your machine!!!As you can see the apps on this laptop are basically all you need to run regular programs on it, and very few have been added on by us.Now we can't even do regular updating on this laptop.

A good laptop for streaming and taking online classes
A good laptop for streaming and taking online classes. Small and very easy to load and take to school and university. The battery is durable and the screen is clear. The only weak point is that its memory is small so you won't be able to save many documents unless you add an expanded memory.

Disappointing purchase.
This laptop wasn't what I expected but it's functional. It has very little storage space so an external drive is a must unless you rely on storing in a cloud. Did not have room to install alot of the applications I use daily, like the Microsoft Office suite or Gmail. The windows system on it was very hard to manage making it impossible to install what you need without going through Microsoft Office store and getting a knock-off version of the app you really want so it was a bit of a nuisance. Did not have the ports that I need for an Ethernet hookup. Even though it has wireless capability, I like the option to connect when the WiFi is not strong. I would recommend this for small children as a starter laptop.

As advertised, but poor packaging
I needed a mobile, netbook for word processing and surfing--nothing complicated--and this fit the bill. It performs as advertised. I needed more robust apps, so I had to turn off Windows "S" which was easy with minimal impact on performance. By signing up for an Amazon credit cared, I got $100 off which put it at around $180.00 which is probably its actual value at the date of this review. Only problem was poor packaging. The product box was shipped in a larger box with no packaging (buffer) material, so it was just sliding around (banging around) for its entire shipping phase. But...no damage. Will other customers be so lucky?
