Worked flawless
Honestly I thought I had bought the wrong solution when it arrived. We have an old garage door that was very hit and miss on opening with the remote and the car opener. I had tried extending the aerial and still no joy was very close to replacing the whole opener. But went hunting thought it worth a try. Read lots of reviews was still not certain so bought. Three wire connections two to where the wall bottom connected (had to figure with a wire jumper which if the three wires I needed and the voltage appeared more than 12 volts (first concern) the board lit up fine one wire from one of the outputs back to one of the two terminals one opened the door immeasurable so switched to the other works on the remote also it programmed to my wife’s car fully working saved a lot of $ and range us great the wired button works same as well you do have to program both remotes separately but we really do not plan to use and only programmed one to check it and use to set the car internal one up.

Works for very old garage door opener
I have a 1980s vintage garage door opener with no remote functionality. I was able to wire this device in parallel with a wired button that controls the door. I followed the instructions posted by customer indianajohn. Look for it. He posted a picture of how to wire it up and how to program it for the same purpose. I was able to wire it, test it, and install it in about 30 minutes. A replacement garage door opener would have cost me $500 installed.Big thanks to indianajohn for posting a nice "how to" review. It's great when people share knowledge. I would not have gotten it working otherwise. The only drawback is the range is more limited than my other garage remotes, but it's still better than having to get out of the car to open the garage. I could relocate it or use a longer antenna wire if he remote becomes a problem but it works good enough for now. indianajohn located the device outside and claims 50 feet of range. I get maybe 30 feet.

(';︵;`) No Instructions? Keep Reading
**I'm almost 5% certain they were thinking of the tree when they decided not to include instructions. Alright, this is the summary of the key steps to use this remote control: ( ◜‿◝ )♡* Momentary Mode (the "Oops" Mode): Hit the "Learn" button once. Feel like a magician. Now, frantically press the remote button you actually want to use before you forget which one you were supposed to learn.* Toggle Mode (the "On-Again, Off-Again" Mode): Double-tap that "Learn" button. Feel like a nervous drummer. Now, choose your button wisely, because this one's going to be a flip-flopper.* Latching Mode (the "Hold On Tight" Mode): Triple-tap "Learn." Prepare for a wild ride. Now, pick your first button, then quickly pick a second button. Hope you remember which order you pressed them in, because good luck figuring that out later.Pro Tip: If you're feeling extra mischievous, try pressing the "Learn" button a fourth time. See if your remote spontaneously combusts. You never know!Note: Please refer to your actual remote's instruction manual for proper operation. (Oh that's right it didn't come with one?) Hope this helps! 乁( •_• )ㄏGreat value for the moneyStill tryna figure out how to installSo far it's not functioning. *this could just be tho!The instructions were premium. *Feel the sarcasm*Remote control is cute! It's not a total TOP or BTTM. It's versatile

Garage door receiver
This worked perfect. Easily programed the key fobs. Connected short wires to the opener where wall switch connect. Quick, easy and not expensive.

Works with a 9v battery
I use with 12v AC lights and didn’t want to invest in a rectifier. I was able to use a 9v battery as I don’t need the device to be listening most of the time.It would be a nice addition if it could accept AC input out of the box.

No Directions
The order arrived with no written materials at all. Most important, there were no directions on how to program the device. As it arrives, it does not work. After some considerable experimentation with the program button, I got some of the functions to work, sort of. But I still do not know how to program it to do what I want it to do.Do not buy if you do not have lots of time and patients.
