Remarkable compact and relatively light weight. I like the fact it is suitable for pretty much any type of fire i might encounter, has long life and minimal maintenance requirements.Handy to have in the car and house.

Bought for a classic car just in case. Seems easy enough to use and much lighter than a regular extinguisher.

We’ve had an older powder extinguisher in our Motorhome for around 9 years, it’s probably had it’s day but don’t want to find that out at a bad moment, I’ve seen a van written off because of fire damage and the mess after a small fire., nobody was hurt. Never used it, weights about 2.5kg but it’s an essential for potential emergencies on the road or camp site. - Replacing it with this which weights 430g - hopefully it will not ever be used either, but we have it for eventualities - These stick extinguishers are reasonably powerful, lightweight, don’t take up much space, and don’t make a huge mess. - much used in motorsport or on smaller boats. There is a smaller model available but felt it was a false economy.These stick extinguishers are blisteringly expensive compared to an older powder type so it’s a value judgement -I guess it’s better to have a much cheaper powder extinguisher than none at all, but better to have one of these if you can / want to.
