I frequently purchase this item in large quantities. However, almost 25% of the bottles I receive are missing the roller cap or the bottles don’t fit the cap properly and can’t be used. This us a recurring issue I have seen for over 300 bottles I’ve ordered.

These bottles are beautiful but they leak. I nearly $2000 of product, and the time creating them, as well as labeling due to them leaking. I am highly disappointed with this product.

Love these, except when a ball falls out as you open the lid, there is no time to catch it and it falls on the floor. Not sanitary.Has happened already to two of the 10.We are using them for essential oil blends with no carrier oils so these are rather lightweight liquids we're using, and they aren't very reliable. It's disappointing, because for the look, we'd want to use these for our scents, but now we don't want to give to customers
