Easy and good taste
These are the best iron vitamins I’ve found. They are easy to take, and don’t leave a bad taste in your mouth

Good for people looking for an alternative to capsules and gummies
These are nicely small and melt easily in my mouth. They have a pleasant citrus taste. If you're someone who doesn't like taking capsules or tablets that you have to swallow whole, this is a really good option. Unlike some Iron gummies I've tried, these Iron melts don't have a metallic aftertaste at all. This may be TMI, but if I take the recommended 3 melts per day plus my multivitamin that has Iron in it, I experience some constipation. But if I limit myself to just my multivitamin with iron plus only 2 of these Iron melts, I don't experience any Iron related constipation. 3 per day may be fine for people with a more serious iron deficiency than I have, or for people who don't take a multivitamin with iron included. These Iron melts seem to be highly effective. When I neglect to take them for a few days, I start experiencing more of the symptoms that led me to start taking an iron supplement in the first place- dizziness when standing and shortness of breath when active. These melts will be my go-to Iron supplement from now on.

Easy dissolving and good taste
These tablets are fantastic! Easy to take and dissolve quickly. Great for maintaining energy levels without upsetting my stomach. I was slightly anemic and after taking these for 3 months my blood work was normal again.

Great vitamins!
As a bariatric patient I needed some extra iron and I hate taking my vitamins due to stomach upset or nausea. These taste good, have not had any stomach or nausea problems with them. They are bariatric doctor approved and have helped keep my iron levels where they need to be. The pill is small in size and desolves quickly. This company has so many options, and are great quality.

Nasty tasting, but
they include the iron and the vitamin C my body needs. They dissolve quickly so I appreciate that.

I'm picky , but happy with this product.
I am a nurse and am very picky when reviewing medications/vitamins. This has a very pleasant taste. It requires 3 pills per serving, so only 30 days. Wish it was 90 days. Melts fast and I believe this is a vitamin I wouldn't mind on the daily. I can't say that about most vitamins. Barimelts are great products and I will buy them again most likely. Hope it helps my energy ! Review again in 30 days.

Easy on your stomach
I have really low iron, I also can’t store it.I was going to start iron infusion but had to put it off for a couple months because of insurance. In that time I started using this. When I went back to my doctor he ran more tests and said that my iron levels were a lot better. I have been using this for a few years and although my iron is still not normal I am not having to get infusions. It also doesn’t upset my stomach at all. And it tastes good.

Brought my Hemoglobin up from 9.6 to 10.4, Ferritin from 3 to 7 in one month, taken every other day
My ferritin, which is stored iron, was a 3 and these brought that up to a 7 when I took it every other day for a month. Hemoglobin went from 9.6 to a 10.4 in the same span of time, bloodwork showed. Now, these numbers may seem low but for me it isn't uncommon and SlowFe (ferrous sulfate) did the same raising in the same length of time back when I used it, but it was awful on my GI tract. I couldn't stay taking that. I could see me taking these BariMelts long term though. I take the full dose every other day (full dose is three tablets, dissolved on the tongue, not under as some are saying to do) and the taste isn't my favorite but I chase it with a cinnamon jelly bean and it's quickly forgotten and I move about my day. Tastes like bad oranges mixed with metal. You get used to it. Try to take it early in the day as your ability to absorb iron is best in the morning, especially on little to no food. I take this with a granola bar and water. Never tried on empty stomach, maybe due to horrors from SlowFe taken with not enough food (ho ho, the nausea!!) Can't bring myself to do it. Separate any acid reducing meds, coffee, tea, and especially dairy products at least 2 hours away from any iron supplement you take, this included. Taking iron every other day instead of every day also aid absorption, a small, but well done study showed and using that tip has worked wonderfully for me. BariMelts, I'm glad I found you. Carbonyl iron is hard to find so this niche product for a specific subset of patients also works for people like me who just have really touchy GI systems, nasty GERD, and low iron stores and hemoglobin levels. Hope this review helps some folks out there who are similar.
