This bench is best for home workout 🏋🏻‍♀️ and also budget friendly, I’ve been using it for a month and it satisfies the home gym purpose, the pipes are strong and seem durable, cables are strong as well, the seat quality is good too, the bench shakes a little but manageable because the price is only 6k so you can’t compare it with 60k worthy equipment, this is the fair deal in my view, now about the exercises, I tried all exercises possible on the bench, tried 40kg on pulley equipment and no problem, shakes a little bit but still ignorable, tried chest exercises and it’s fine, for legs you need to remove pulley attachment for full motion otherwise it’s gonna stuck halfway, biceps and triceps, twister is good for removing love handles and belly fat, this bench may not be for the advanced heavyweight lifters, I recommend it for beginners and intermediate level, the seller is so helpful, he tries to do his best to answer every query. Product is good, But for bench press is little bit small for height person. Overall everything is good, seller response is good

The product is a perfect addition to a Home Gym. The bench is stable (ensure nuts are not loose if you find it unstable). A small bolt had got damaged in transit. I contacted the seller and he was prompt in replacing the damaged part. The best customer service i have seen.
