Mouse in the house!
This is a great mouse. No batteries required. Has two options to connect (USB or Bluetooth). Super responsive and easy to set up. Highly recommend!Included in box is:MouseCharging cableInstructionsHow the mouse can connect:1. USB dongel (it's housed in a storage slot underneath the mouse)Or2. Bluetooth*Underneath the mouse is a slide switch to select which option you want : USB or Bluetooth... and there is also an "off" position.*Mouse can't be used as a wired mouse and must connect via USB or Bluetooth. How the mouse is powered:It's a rechargeable wireless mouse. Doesn't use batteries (ex. A, AA). Charging cable is included. When the mouse gets low and requires charging, the battery indicator light located on left side of mouse flashes red.A full charge lasts 3 mos (when used 2 hrs a day) and takes 1.5 to 2 hrs to fully charge depleted mouse. You can use the mouse while charging (*but it still needs to be connected via USB or bluetooth to operate while charging). To verify or change the speed/sensitivity of the pointer on screen (aka DPI), you press the button just below the scroll wheel. You can tell the dpi setting by looking at the battery indicator light (located on left side) while pressing the DPI button. The light will blink 1x after the button is pushed for 800 dpi, blink 2x for 1200 dpi, 3x for 1600, etc. There are 6 DPI levels (800/1200/1600/2400/3200/4800).Size of mouse: 4.88 x 4.02 x 1.85 inchesSite says : The mouse is better suited for small to medium-sized hands. However, if you have larger hands yet enjoy a smaller mouse, you might also like this one.Length of my hand is a bit over 7 inch length and it's definitely compact/small feeling. Wish it had come in a large size... But it's completely fine for average use. Definitely light weight compared to my old wireless mouse that had to carry 2 AA batteries... Lol. I also purchased the Tecknet wrist support mouse pad to help provide more comfort.Mouse has rubberized grip strips along edges. Rest of the body is hard plastic. Silent when clicking.

Best mouse for the money!
Great compact but not mini mouse. Perfect for all day, everyday use and compact enough to not be a tank. USB-C to charge and can be used as bluetooth (no dongle needed on macs) or wifi with the included dongle. Great tracking resolution with no lag on highest setting. Seems to be well built and durable, works as good as new after a year with accidental drops.

Great mouse with amazing battery life
Really happy with this Bluetooth mouse. It connected easily, works smoothly, and the best part—it barely uses any battery. I’ve been using it daily for weeks and haven’t had to charge or replace the battery yet. It’s comfortable to use, responsive, and great for both work and casual use. If you’re looking for a solid wireless mouse that won’t constantly need charging, this one’s a winner.

A good value wireless mouse
This is an excellent mouse that requires no external batteries and works as expected. It connects via Bluetooth or 2.4G with the included dongle. The dongle (needed only for 2.4G) is a USB-A connector and conveniently stores under the mouse. Please note that this is a wireless mouse, and the USB-C port is for charging only—it's not for wired use. Also, it's 2025, yet this mouse still uses a USB-A dongle and a USB-A to USB-C cable. The mouse weighs 83 grams and measures approximately 12.4 x 10 x 4.7 cm.

Works great and quietly, on the smaller side but I have no problem with it
These work great. Bought to replace a couple old ones that used batteries, these are much more convenient since they’re rechargeable and via USB C - no more batteries to keep buying. Also:1) it is on the smaller side as other people mentioned, and I have larger hands (XL gloves). The size is still fine for me to use comfortably 2) the mouse clicks are really quiet. I never realized how nice a feature that was before. It’s nice clicking and not hearing much noiseBefore I got these, when I would scroll or click on something with my old mice, sometimes they would double click, scroll too much or not enough, etc. I didn’t realize before that those issues were because of the mice malfunctioning, maybe because they were too old (only a few years old though). Somehow I thought it was a software issue, and I just kept resetting the mouse settings once every few days that would temporarily fix the problem. After replacing them with these, everything works perfectly. Very happy with these.

Updated: scrolling along smoothly with replacement
Updated: The seller kindly contacted me and offered a replacement, and I'm scrolling smoothly again. I was already pretty happy with this mouse, so I've updated my score to reflect that, as well as the seller's responsiveness.Original review: This mouse (Tecknet MS317) has worked as promised for over six months. The top buttons are silent, and I don't notice lag. A full charge lasted at least four months. But the scroll wheel is a problem. At first, it would slip a little, like car tires going over a patch of ice. Now, it spins like tires in wet mud. I took the mouse apart and cleaned out some lint, and now I can get it to work if I use just the right pressure and only want to scroll half a screen. The price was great on this, and everything else works very well, so I might give this four stars if it weren't the second Tecknet mouse I've replaced in a year (the M003, which I otherwise love, absolutely eats batteries and doesn't work well with rechargeable ones).
