The quality is nice however I should have paid more attention to the size which is only 1/2 in. The photograph of my parents was so hard to see we had to use a magnifying glass. I would not recommend using a picture of other than a face and no more than two otherwise you will not be able to see it on this charm. I had bought this type of charm from another company for myself a year ago, but that was out of stock and sgsin my fault, I assumed it would be the same. So I can't fault the company for my err of not reading the dimensions, however it is a poor design to have a photograph in such a small charm.

I had this made for my sister in laws birthday. It is a picture of my late fiance and her from the younger years, up until he was diagnosed. Now she can carry him wherever she goes! Definitely will be ordering more. Thank you so much.

The picture that I chose had a shadow on my nephews face and looked very dark but I contacted the seller and they got back to me very quickly and sent me out another charm free of charge! (Of course had to pick a new picture that worked better). Overall great experience and seller did great with responding to my problem. Definitely would buy again

The charm is beautiful but you can’t see who is on there and I would go thru to much to send back so I would just keep it because it was worth a try
