Perfect fit, great performance so far
I replaced the failing battery on an early 2011 MacBook Pro and this battery was a perfect fit. So far it has taken and held a charge perfectly and the performance is great. It has definitely help to extend the useful life of this laptop. The included toolset was a big help because I did not already have bit to fit the 3 prong screws that were in the laptop.

STAY AWAY
Stay clear from this product, battery life is HORRIBLE. My 3 year old original battery lasts way longer. Left my macbook on overnight with 70% and this morning had only 4% left. Original battery would have dropped 5% tops.
