Excellent product
Excellent product I have osteoarthritis in my knees and they are always swollen but after using the cooling knee brace for 20 minutes the swelling goes down and feels a lot more comfortable

Didn't read the item description
Does what its supposed to do & very easy to use my only problem was I never read the description properly & didn't realise it was a lot smaller than I needed....still a good item & does help to a degree.

A bit of a let down
It got cold very quick in the freezer but did not hold it for very long. A bit disappointing as I can't keep getting up to refreeze it every 15 minutes nor would i want to to be honest.

Recommend, good for those who suffer with knee problems
Bought this for my Mum as she needs 2 knee replacements, has arthritis in both and this is really soothing. You can hear it up or put it in the fridge.
