Pricey but worth it.
No artificial sweeteners in this, wonderful for those trying to cut that out of your diet. Works well. Doesn’t mess with sleep either. A little pricey, but worth it.

Been using this product on and off since 2010. I used this product years ago with my fitness regimen and really liked it. Then I stopped because it was hard to find and expensive. But I feel like it's a supplement my body needs because I do crave it and I actually like the taste of the powder and don't mix it with any liquids. My fitness regimen always seems more effective when I'm taking opti CLA and my joints never complain as they do when I'm not taking this. I do love it.

Great for weight loss!
I lost 40 lbs using this first thing in the morning mixed with a little water, then drinking a chocolate Sun Warrior protein shake with spinach and egg whites before heading to the gym. This stuff is great, and really doesn't have a taste. I look forward to tasting every morning. I keep mine in the fridge once opened though. I don't usually review things, but I had such great results with healthy activity and dieting. Give it a try- what do you have to lose?

An amazing supplement, works exactly as described
I've been using this supplement since late January 2012, and have been impressed every day. This supplement truly does work tremendously on your midsection, which I've noticed tremendous difference in since taking this product. I've exercised as well, but this supplement has given me tremendous energy (especially cardio workouts). I've lost 32 pounds in 3 months and 6 inches off of my waist. Much of that has been from eating better and working out, but this supplement, I believe, has been a big part of my weight loss. I mix it with a shake, and have benefited tremendously from it.

Mixes well, works great! What I love about this product is there is not a bunch of BS ingredients in here. It is full disclosure label and you can tell the quality when you use it.Slightly pricy, but I am willing to pay for quality and use more with more conservative approach.

I just got this not that long ago so can't really comment much as to say, I think I am starting to see results. On its own mixed in water it has a slight milky taste ( nothing terrible). I prefer to drink it this way and do so before bed. So far so good!

Just wish there was more product to $ ratio here.
Great product only three stars because you go through it so quickly it seems awfully expensive for less than a months worth of once a day use. But it’s no more expensive than the other ones and it is good quality so what are you gonna do:)
