Shipping was on time and the quality excellent. Great sound and I have used it on my computer, tv, cell phone with voice function is excellent. The price was way below market price.

I nearly returned these. The RCA audio jacks on my TV are input only. Using the 3.5mm audio out line works perfectly.I noticed the sound cutting out now and then and it turns out that happens when I recline and the receiving antenna in the part of the headset that goes over my head can't see the transmit antenna. For some reason my head blocks the signal but I can walk all over my house and still hear. Works great. No notable delay or latency. I cancelled the return. I am glad I didn't return them.

It’s was really easy to set up but I learned I didn’t have the correct audio setting on my tv so I didn’t work immediately. Sounds better than my gaming headphones with less interference for about the same price. The sound is clear and goes up super loud which is good for me as I am hard of hearing. The range is awesome around my entire house. I wish it had a mute button but other than that I’m happy

2nd unit I’ve owned. Started having trouble with on switch on first pair after 2 years+ and headband needed electrical tape over some padding. 1st pair still mostly works. Bonus - both pair can be used simultaneously- but one set will not work if second is being charged on charger hooked to TV.

This was DOA out of the box. Tried everything and could not get it to work. Before getting it ready for it's return trip to Amazon, I tried substituting another mini-plug cable that I had laying around and , voila! It now works fine. So the supplied mini-plug cable was defective.That issue resolved, this is really a pretty nice headphone setup. It was dead simple to set up. Installing the provided rechargeable battery into the headphones was a little tricky, but not a big deal. The sound quality is quite good - the "speech" setting boosts the treble a bit to make things a little easier to understand. The volume control on the headphone is a little tight to move, but I just left it a 5 and use the volume control on the TV which gives me all the range I need. Note that this will probably work only if you are using the headphone jack on the TV for the input. The headphones are pretty comfortable - not too much pressure on your ears, but still fit snugly enough to block out most outside noise. My only gripe is the indicator light on the charging base. It lights up red when the headphones are charging, but then extinguishes when the charge is complete. It would be nice if it would turn green to show a full charge.I would give it 5 starts, but I'm deducting one star for a lax quality control that allowed my unit to ship with a defective mini-plug cable.And speaking of cables, the vendor threw in a mini-plug to 2 RCA plug adapter cable that is not included in the Sony package. Just a nice little extra so there are enough provided audio cables to cover any setup your TV might have.EDIT: Ended up having to return this to Amazon. It worked fine for 2 days and then went DOA again. I disconnected and reconnected everything and, again, it worked OK. Next day, DOA again. The problem has to be in the power supply or the audio cable to the TV, but I didn't feel like having to do more troubleshooting. Packed it up (glad I saved the box and packing) and sent it back to Amazon for a refund.

I am a very satisfied Amazon Prime Customer! These SONY wireless Headphones for TV watching are the best! I have bought many other brands before, they all broke down a few weeks later! As a Senior who is hard of hearing, I am very very satisfied with the easy set up and with the comfortable soft head phones. Now I can put m on and now I can hear every word the actors say.No more struggling and having to rewind to play again.

The headphones were extremely easy to set up. They do a great job of being able to enjoy TV without having the TV turned up too loud for others. The biggest complaint is that while watching a show, there is a momentary drop in sound. Sometimes it goes days without the issue and then some days it might drop 4 or 5 times during a show. Just simply turning my head seems to resolve the problem so not sure if it is a signal problem or a malfuction. Other than that, I really enjoy the ability to watch a show and be able to hear it without it being too loud for my wife. I haven't gotten used to the location of the volume button to adjust the volume without having to take the headphones off but I'm sure I will get used to thatl.

We have an old TV and this worked really well. The ear pads are comfortable, the sound is great, especially for us with hearing problems.

Excelente producto, buena definición de sonido, aísla muy bien los ruidos ambientales mientras se escucha la musica, pienso que algunas fallas que se reportan pueden deberse a que no siguen las instrucciones para la primera carga, yo lo deje cargando las horas que recomiendan y no me ha dado ningún problema, el único defecto que le pongo es que lleven las conexiones de carga en la diadema, ya que puede ser que teniendo el cabello húmedo, sea por agua o sudor esto podría provocar que las baterías se descarguen más rápidamente, fuera de eso los auriculares son muy cómodos, con un buen alcance, aunque no he hecho la prueba para ver cual es su alcance máximo. Estoy muy satisfecho de haberlos adquirido.

Los cables RCA solo viene el conector en su color rojo y blanco. Nunca ha venido en el color negro de conexión. Deberían de retomar la foto de lo que incluye,porque puede decepcionar a otros.
