Very fast shipping. Ordered on Oct 23, got it Oct 26 via Fedex. The packing box was heavy and protected the contents well. Very nice 5 piece anodized aluminum pole. The pole slides and snaps together to make it 16 foot tall. The ground mount is fabricated of steel and is plated after fabrication. The flag is very well made from Poly???? And is reinforced at wear points. They flag is made from very light, printed fabric. The flag must be light because it must rotate the pole in the wind. The colors are very bright, but I'm sure they will fade over time. Flags lead a very hard life :-( I will be satisfied if it lasts a year. The pole will last many years. I will be glad to buy another replacement flag :-)

This sign is enormous, and you can see it from far away. I bought two for my restautrant during the covid 19 mandated shut down. We are in a center with many closed businesses, so we need the visibility. This sign does not look TACKY like other ones. It Looks professional and clean. It comes with a sturdy holder that stays in the ground. When we bring in at night, it is easy to put away as the holder remains in the ground. And the sign comes inside!

When we receive this it look like the polls have been drug through a street behind a car they were beat up all scratched my husband had to cut each one off with a hacksaw to get them to join with the next pole it was ridiculous had we not need to do it right away we would’ve returned it the other one arrived without a ground stake I am not very happy

I ordered two of these. One was correct 12’ size the other was a tiny 5’ size! I was charged the same price! Not happy!

Amazing what a little banner will do for your business! Has worked great. Incredibly easy to put up and take down at the beginning and end of every day. Love this product.

I've had this posted outside my business for about a month now, with no issues at all. It's sturdy, tall and has bright colors. We've had very windy days lately, and had no problems with it blowing away or the fabric ripping apart. The instructions were useless. Other than that, the flag and poles are a great value for the money.

Last around 4 1/2 months (24/7) before you have to replace them. Have yet to find any that last longer. Thankful the price is right.

I was happily surprised with the quality of the flag and the poles. They seemed really sturdy and well made. However, when I tried putting everything together one of the poles was too long to lock into place. We are going to try and saw it down a bit because I don't want to deal with returning and exchanging it. Otherwise, it seems like a good product, I just wish we could use it right out of the box without modification!
