They really stand up to the USPS sorting system
I use these to ship out my greeting cards to customers and they really stand up to the USPS sorting system. Out of 1000 cards I have shipped, only had one that got damaged. With one greeting card and envelope inside, the whole package comes under 3oz. I use either trackable first class label at $2.75, or you can use first class stamps at 91 cents (as of 6/7/17).They fit up to 3 greeting cards no problem, any more cards I use the 9x12 size.

Grade-A Primo Mailers
These mailers, holy moly, where do I begin. At first glance, you may think these are just your standard, run-of-the-mill, flimsy mailers. But, looks can be deceptive. These mailers are so rigid, it's insane. I, like most consumers, were skeptical of the rigidity of these mailers. "Not scientifically possible to create such a sturdy mailer!" I foolishly exclaimed. But these mailers made me eat those words. To put into perspective how rigid these mailers are, consider a scale of 1-10 (1 being the least rigid thing ever created, and 10 being the most rigid) these mailers are easily an 11, heck, maybe even a 12. They go above and beyond the maxed out level of the "rigidity scale", which is likely not even a real thing, but for the sake of this review imagine that such a scale does exists.

Perfect for mailing greeting cards & smaller photos!
Perfect for mailing handcrafted A6-sized cards inside cellophane wrap for my etsy shop without being damaged. Love how it's all white and has no extraneous text or working on it so I can add my own colorful labels, stickers and branding. Envelope adhesive stays well sealed.

Sturdy Yet Lightweight
First, as other reviewers have mentioned, if you want the high-quality mailers described here – you must purchase the items sold by Pratt (fulfilled by Amazon), not from other resellers on this page.Second, I just received our order and am extremely impressed by how sturdy and rigid these mailers are. The outer dimensions are 1/16" shy of 6"x8". The usable interior space is 5.75"x7.75". They weigh 1.45oz / 40g.I ordered these because we ship 12-count postcard sets that need more protection than an envelope can provide. While I could simply use a bubble mailer, my goal was to save postage and ship at the cheaper USPS first-class letter rate, not at the higher first-class package rate. We needed to be 1/4" thick or less, which we can't do with a bubble mailer. While we have to pay an additional surcharge for the piece being rigid and non-machinable, we still saved $1.32 by shipping using these flat mailers vs a bubble mailer. Postage can make or break some businesses, so every penny counts.

We bought these mailers to mail out stickers and other items that do not bend. These are nice because we can affix a lower postage amount and save money on shipping. They are rigid enough and they seem to be high quality.

The best mailers I have ever used!
I use these mailers to ship stickers and they are absolutely perfect. They are rigid and have good adhesive. The amount of mailers you get for the price is great as well. Definitely will buy again and highly recommend.

These are rigid but not super rigid.
These are rigid but not super rigid....They state it the listing that they are 1.28 oz which is what my normal mailers weigh (my normal supplier is not carrying them so I went with these since they were the same weight) though when I weighed it they only weigh 1.1 oz so they are thinner then the other rigid mailers I normally use and lighter then stated in the description. The post office can be jerks about them if they have any bend and these do bend a bit. Seems almost impossible to find a true rigid mailer anymore.

Will buy these again, they are great.
I really like these. They are sturdy enough and the pull tabs are great. I started going for a way cheaper alternative and haven't been happy. I think I will be ordering these again. I recall not having an issue with the shipping or the product itself. Now that I think of it, why did I ever try something cheaper? Not that these were a bad price, they are a good price. But I was trying to cut costs. Don't do it! lol.
