It's almost impossible to find a healthy Gochujang in the USA. The ingredients used in this product are excellent. No wheat, no sugar. Love the additions of plum and maple syrup. The large size seems large until you start using it in almost everything, as it makes it all taste so much better. As the product has been aged for at least 2 years, you get all the benefits of a fermented product. I went thru my first jar really quickly. This product doubles in price if you have to order directly from Korea. I feel very fortunate that this seller offers the product thru Amazon, so the cost is kept reasonable. Excellent value for the price.
