Good oil, a large volume of for the price. No after taste at all, unlike some olive oils that give food strange taste, specially in salads . The oil Has not much of a scent, it doesn’t smell much which I like. The oil has smooth viscosity, but rich, its coloration has a hint of olive green, yet is unclouded. Friend food well, fast and crispy; would burn fast under high heat.
