Why did you pick this product vs others?:I will eat these every day for the rest of life. Soooo good! Texture is great and so is flavor is perfect.

I was pleasantly surprised by this edamame pasta. I tried chickpea pasta after a friend said she thought it was good. I did not like that at all. This was certainly different than regular pasta, but I thought with the right recipe, this might be better. Correct that was! That's why I gave it 4 stars. It's not comparable to regular pasta, but it is very edible. I prepared a recipe for Edamame Spaghetti With Peas and Pistachios (found online). Only change was I used basil instead of mint.

I was excited to find a product that was so high in protein and lower in calories than normal pasta. BUT once I tried it, I ended up throwing away the rest of the box and the other 2 boxes in my order. The texture and taste were just awful. No amount of sauce could mask the taste.

Surprisingly doesn’t taste funny, best macros for noodles anywhere so 5/5.

It’s just ok. I like how high of protein the noodles have but the flavor is just OK. I made a cold peanut/Asian noodle salad with it. You definitely need some kind of dressing on it to spice it up. Overall it was nice to try something different but I would not buy it again.
