Noisy
First, the product arrived as an opened item. The remote was old and dented. It makes a lot of noises when you try to use the back massage option. The perfect review when this product was bought was very misleading. Item returned. Disappointed.

Hurts !
Awful !!! My back was in agony after a short time of use !!! No setting to adjust the pressure/intensity . Hurts !!!

CPAP users. Insomniacs this will help you go to sleep
I have had a lot of cushions but this is by far the very best. I use it every night in bed to put me to sleep. It will run for 30 minutes and then shut off.But by then you will be asleep. I am on CPAP for sleep apnea & insomnia. This BED CUSHION is a God send for me. If you wake up later sometimes it will vibrate you back into REM.You've got 30 minutes to re-set it. And there are so many settings.

Soothes tension, and mild aches and pains
Highly satisfied with this massager, I especially like the various controls available for intensity and speed of massage, massage program, and heat. It helps soothe tension in my back and ease various aches and pains I experience. I haven't found it satisfactory for dealing with intense pain, but that's why I have a TENS unit and various medical providers.

Great for a long distance driver with back issues
I bought this for my stepdad as a Christmas present as a Lightning Deal at the end of last year. I waited to write the review because I wanted to see if he would continue to use it. He absolutely loves both the seat and the remote that is attached to it. You can use the seat both in a car or in a chair and he does both as he drives long distances for work.

Great for relaxing tense muscles
If I had known that a product existed that enables you to get a massage anywear you rest, I would've bought one of these seats years ago. All those wasted years! I have chronic back pain and my muscles get tight, so I lay this on the floor and lie on it to relax and loosen up. The vibrations target problem areas pretty well and have enough intensity for me, but everyone is different. I love to turn on the heat feature (It's very mild) and cover myself with a blanket, and that, coupled with the wave pattern massage, puts me right to sleep, so I'm glad it has a timer and turns off automatically. I'm happy with my purchase.

I love it
Anyone with low back pain can benefit from this seat. I have lower back stenosis. It pretty much kept me from long trips unless we made a lot of stops for stretching. Next week, we head out for vacation that's 500 miles away. I don't dread it because I have this seat.

Helps relieve muscle pain.
Bought for my wife and she loves it. We had a different brand that didn't last long and was more expensive. We got the extra thickness and it works well. Recommended!
