Panther Martin MELIP Bass and Trout Annihilator Spinner Fishing Lure Kit, Pack of 6

I wasn't sure these would work initially however my first cast put any skepticism aside, permanently. The fishing location was a lake over on the Olympic Peninsula (WA) and conditions were clear skies and bright sun, depending on the day the lake was anywhere from FAC to wind chopped. My first cast, and nearly all casts had at least a follow. Every third or fourth cast would get a bump and there were consistently fish on...sizes ranged from "are you kidding me, I've used larger herring to catch salmon" to "that would make one heck of a nice meal"...every one of them went back though. For me, the all silver one was best in bright light (morning)...in the evening the all white spinner with the red hook was the winner. There is no doubt in my mind I will be enhancing my collection of Panther Martin lures now! Best of luck to you on your next trip out!

I started using these this season. I was very surprised that these spinners worked. The product that panther martin makes is the best. I fish with two poles, one with the spinner and the other with bait. I've caught more on the panther martin spinners than I have very caught on bait. Get these spinners if you want to be a big shot when your fishing. This product is the best. It makes me look like a pro fisher

Good variety of cheap lures. Feel a bit light, so they won't give you great casting distance, but the action in the water seems lively. I haven't had any luck catching fish with these lures yet, but they seem like a decent addition to a tackle box at a cheap price.

These little rooster tails work great. I use them up here in Washington state to trout fish, but I honestly hit bass and blue-gill all the time on them. The hooks are very sharp, and this pack offers a great selection of colors. Would highly recommend these.

I've actually had more luck on panfish with these than anything else. Good spinner action in still and light currents. Fast currents will have them riding the surface a lot so not so great in a trout stream, but all in all great lures.

These lures are very cheaply made. The hooks are not sharp on 2 of the 6 lures. The whipping is unraveling on 3 of the hooks. That's just from looking at them without opening the package.I'm going to fix them up and use them because it's not that big of a project, but they are not very well made at all.

first time fishing with them they caught rainbow trout and one small bass. one con I found with two of them, the wire that loops around the opposite side of the hook, catches the spoon causing them to jump around in the water. easy fix though

There is nothing I like better than fishing with Panther Martin spinners!! They'll catch anything, INCLUDING a 33" carp, 37" Northern Pike, 21" rainbow, Hundreds of bass, tons of brookies, all types of other trout and anything else that swims!!!!
