Arlington National Cemetery: A Guided Tour Through History (Timeline) Hardcover – Illustrated, September 24, 2009

I did not realize when I purchased this book it was a guide. It is a very informative guide and I would suggest having it if you plan to visit Arlington. Ms. Parzych has written a short history about the most visited sites at Arlington. She also shares some sites that are off the beaten bath and with photos. She also gives more tips for travelers in Washington DC.

The pop out map was a hit w/ my nephew as we visited Arlington over the Holiday season. The history of the cemetery was well documented and shared in an engaging manner for an 11 year old. He also enjoyed some of the points of interest outlined in the book. A great resource to answer questions and generate interest during our visit.

This is a really fascinating & moving account of the people and history behind this national cemetery. One day I hope to travel from Australia for the privilege of visiting this historic site.

This book has lots of great informative information in it. I bought my own copy as it's my photo on the front cover.

Ha llegado antes de la fecha, el libro, creía que era más páginas y más grueso.
