Good system for the money, just know cameras sometimes black out
I purchased the security system back in May. As of July I am impressed with the system. Overall it’s great for the money. Only issue is there is sporadic camera outages. None of them are out at the same time, but it’s something that needs to be mentioned.Overall I’m really impressed with the system, I will continue to monitor the camera outages to see if it improves or gets worse. I’ll update my review as time goes on.I emailed the customer support about adding additional cameras when I first got the system. As of July, they have yet to respond. I’m not impressed with the customer service and hopefully I’ll never need to contact them for warranty.

Horrible compared to the same product I bought two years ago.
Oh my gosh. I got this unit to replace the one that quit working. I had the first one for 2 years. Really enjoyed it. Worked great and phone app worked great as well. This batch of cameras are horrible and cant even get two to work and the app doesn't work at all.... I guess I should have read the reviews but didn't think they had gotten worse. Wish now I had done my research. Don't want to go through the hassle of taking all the cameras, down boxing it up and returning it. I will work with it some more and maybe some magic will happen. If not, I'll scrap it and buy a better brand.

Initially ok but didn't last long.
Bought the system in June of 2019. Worked great up to now. Two camera's lost IR and can't see at night.

Don't waste your time or money on this system.
Less than 8 months after purchasing and I have lost the ability to see any of the 4 cameras. I should have known from the start that this was a bad purchase when I opened the box and 2 cameras were missing. Contacted support and they sent me a whole new system and 2 cameras were missing out of the second box as well. The cameras started disconnecting and reconnecting a couple months after installing and progressively worsened. Now none of them will stay connected wirelessly, I just get a black screen for all 4 cameras now. I have tried to restore everything to factory settings and got it working again, just for it to lose connection to all the cameras again within 3 minutes after disconnecting Ethernet cables. The app is very poor quality and notifications are very inconsistent. Frustrated that I wasted my money on this and it has been nothing but a hassle since I purchased it.
