Have shipped hundreds of these, always sturdy
I run an Etsy store in the top 1% worldwide and have been using these for a good while now to ship decals all over the world. These mailers are pretty much my go-to when I want to ship decals as a package with tracking. They are quite sturdy, too stiff to be sent with regular stamps, but that's fine. They are really stiff, and the adhesion of the flap is really strong.

Sturdy and high quality!
I was concerned that these would be flimsy since that seems to be the way many of these are going, but I was very pleased to see their sturdiness and quality. The adhesion is perfect, and they're the perfect weight and stiffness for my purposes. I'll definitely be back for more!

Very sturdy
I ship greeting cards in these, and I recently had an order returned. The card inside was in perfect condition after traveling both directions.

Strong and sturdy mailers
I've been ordering Pratt Stay Flat Mailers for over a year now, and I'm pleased with the product every time. I love that they have a variety of sizes to choose from, to suit each of my product needs.I was worried about the thickness of the mailers when I originally ordered them, beside the thickness (by inches) being available. They are 26pt weight for anyone looking for that method of measure. And no, they are not as thin as Priority Mail Flat Rate envelopes. They are thick, and hard to bend—ideal for prints, and other items you'd like to not arrive wrinkled. Keep in mind the rigidity also means you lose a little bit of the space on the edges—so for a 7" x 9" mailer, you can likely fit something 6.25" x 8.25" or smaller.Another worry I had: that the self-seal adhesive wouldn't be strong. I was wrong! I don't have to dab any glue on the edges for the seal to stick. I don't have to worry about them drying over time. I've had some sizes kept over months, and never had any issues with the seal.Overall, I'm very pleased with these mailers—great price, good stuff—and will continue to order them.

PERFECT!
I regularly ship paper products that cannot be bent but yet I need something that's not real heavy either to save on ship cost. These are PERFECT! It's difficult to tell through stock photos so I hope mine help. As you can see I can almost hold up a bottle of water with minimal support. For .31 cents each, it's a great deal.Plus the size is ideal that is neither too big or small for most greeting cards. The adhesive strip is easy to pull and stays securely closed. Veryy pleased with product and will buy again!!!

Durable Mailers
I have ordered these for the past 3 or so years and I wanted to write a review about them. Very happy with these mailers. They are thick and do not easily bend or fold. These aren't flimsy like what they have at the post office. The adhesion strip is very sticky and will not let go once you close the mailer, so make sure you have what you need inside before you seal it up.

THESE (Amazon's) have a nice sturdy reinforced tear tab
There are "good" quality and "not so good" quality mailers. I sell software, and use these to ship my products. The cheaper ones (not these) have a flimsy tear open tab, which really doesn't work worth a darn. And the recipient has to resort to scissors to really get it open.THESE (Amazon's) have a nice sturdy reinforced tear tab, and the recipient has no trouble opening it like a zipper.I used to buy from places like Uline, but to get the prices I had to purchase in 1000 lots and the freight was very pricey. Here I can buy as few as 1 package of 100 for basically the same quality and price. But I usually buy 200 at a time. <GGG>

NOT A TRUE 9"
NOT A TRUE 9" Inside the envelope. When folded at the scoreline the envelope is not even 9" long. I sell cards on Etsy and was going to use these to mail cards that have 8-1/2" inch envelopes but they don't fit inside. Furthermore, I have purchased mailers that are much thicker than these. I suppose I would have been ok with the quality if they had been the actual size listed. I would have returned them but it took more than 30 days to get them so I've passed the return period. Convenient for the seller isn't it? I would NOT buy these again.

Not quite as sturdy as I was hoping but still a good product
I was hoping these envelopes would be a bit more sturdy. Still though, they are pretty good and will work good for the cards and bookmarks I make and mail out.

100% perfect
These are sturdy, they don't crack at the seams when you fold the flap, they're strong, and do the job well. Very happy with them.
