The PushPan is ideal for cakes, cheesecakes, puddings, frozen desserts, meatloafs and more. Shallow cakes such as flans or tarts can be baked safely as well. Easy to use, lightly coat the inside of the pan and base with your favorite cooking oil or spray and then push the base into the cake pan. Once the base is pushed all the way down and sits evenly on the bottom inside edge of the pan, you can fill with your favorite recipe. To 'push' out the contents, simply place the PushPan on a can or empty mug and with both hands on opposite sides of the pan, push the pan steadily down and watch your creation rise smoothly and perfectly from the pan. and there are no side seams to cause sticking or tearing.
