Good design is worth the money
This is by far the best way I have ever found to suspend my bike. I live in NYC where space is at a premium. I was able to move a bike back from storage and still have more available space in my apartment after hanging two bikes using cycloc hero. Amazing! This is made from polypropolene. Very, very strong and light. Look up "cold steel bat" for videos of a bat made from the same material, but a different company. Basically, indestructible. There is definitely an art to hanging bikes using the hero. After writing the company, I am under the impression the cycloc super hero for SPD pedals has the exact same hole pattern as the hero. This makes it possible to take a hero down and replace with a super hero. This flexibility is incredible. I hung using toggler snaptoggle, which work well with my walls, and allow the screw to be completely removed without losing the toggle inside the wall. And, since toggler are metal toggles they can be used without being destroyed. Yes, the walls have tire marks. I only ever notice them when my bike is down, which means I am either working on it or riding. To be fair, the hallway is covered in tire marks and gouges from myself and friends riding bikes to my apartment. Rubbing alcohol makes short work of bike grease. If it ever bothers me, I'll look for a paint that can be cleaned with rubbing alcohol. Maybe cycloc can make polypropylene wall paper too.

Great design, poor quality
This looks like a great kit, but the included hardware is garbage. The screws ripped out of the drywall anchors the first time I (gently!) put the bike on the rack. At this price I shouldn't need to make extra trips to the hardware store to replace pieces.*Update* - I'm giving this an extra star now that I have it mounted with proper wall anchors. Once installed the pieces on the wall are unobtrusive and minimalist. When the bike is in place the mount totally disappears, making the bike look like it's floating on the wall. It's a great design. if it included proper mounting hardware and reasonable instructions this would be a 5-star product.

Awesome design. Very modern
Pros: Awesome design. Very modern, minimalist. Very functional. Cool packaging. The plastic is strong, and it is designed to work in any normal wall (sheet rock). I set it up for my mountain bike, and I will be buying more for other bicycles.Cons: I'm the first customer review on Amazon, so I had to go out on a limb to buy this. It was fairly difficult to set up - hard to get the wheel support heights just right, and hard to screw in the screws for the pedal holder. The instructions were not very detailed, for instance, it doesn't specify what drill sizes you need. I think they were 1/8" and 3/8".Here's the data sheet with better instructions than come with the product: http://cycloc.com/images/media/Cycloc%20data%20sheet%20hero.pdf

Works well, minor issues
Works well. Measurements are a bit difficult if you are hanging multiple bikes. Instructions are sparse and there is no instructional video I could find. Also, unless you are OCD about cleaning your wheels, the bike wheels will get your walls messy. Price seems a little stiff for what you get (3 small pieces of plastic and some screws). That being said, I have tried many bike racks and this is satisfying and stable. Works well for my garage wall for getting my kids bikes off the ground. Not sure if indoors would really be the thing.

Nice idea. Poor execution.
I like the idea, and I really like how the bike sits on the wall when it is mounted. I was really unimpressed with 3 pieces of plastic and some ridiculously cheap hardware costing >$60.I got one of these thinking I would get a second but after stripping out all the screws and replacing them, i went out and constructed my own similar bike rack for <$30.

Plan on purchasing proper fasteners from your local hardware store
I don't normally write reviews, but feel impelled to do so in this instance. This is actually a great product, but I'm giving it one star, because for $70 I shouldn't have to make a special trip to the hardware store to purchase proper fasteners. There is no way sheet rock fasteners will work properly-- even for carbon fiber bikes. Why they will not spend 50 cents for molly bolts is beyond me. Unless you are fortunate enough to have a stud to secure to, plan a trip to the Home Depot prior to attempting to install--you'll save yourself a lot of unnecessary cursing and time.

Good mount some flaws
Installed using a stud finder so not having to worry about it falling down after reading reviews and seeing the mounting hardware I decided to use my own screws and made sure they went into beams. Downsides of this wall mount are placing the bike on it in the first place. I mounted mine in a stairway and having to lift up the bike and make sure the pedal is vertical to go into the hole is kinda hard, The pedal seems to want to be horizontal it has to be perfectly vertical or else it tilts. Other mounts have the pedal in the horizontal position and might make it easier.

I live in a cramped NYC apartment and wanted something to get my bike out of the way in my apartment. I mounted this thing in my narrow hallway and absolutely love it. If you mount the part that grabs the pedal a little above head level it will end up angling the wheels and pedals towards the wall and the handlebars/rest of the bike will be high up enough that they'll be out the way. It's allowed me to reclaim a little space in my tiny little apartment, and for that I am extremely happy.

Secure classy bike storage solution!!
Such a neat idea. Had the bike in the hall of my flat for 3 years. Never caused an issue just went up easily and did what it’s meant to do without fuss!!Looks super cool too when up there as with the white like I had the bike looks to be almost floating!!

Recommended.
Elegant design and make a show of the bikes when hung. The top fixing was difficult to secure without fouling the outer casing which was disappointing. It can only be seen on close inspection, but this shouldn’t happen, hence the loss of a star.

Four Stars
It's a great product but for what is essentially three small pieces of plastic it's massively over priced

A bit of a letdown
I had high hopes for these. After seeing them being demonstrated at the Gadget Show Live I decided to buy them. They come in a compact box that has pedal size for fitting in the main holder. Drilling them to the wall is easy as they provide the screws and rawl plugs in the box.Now while drilling them you should know that my walls are dry wall so the rawl plugs were no good for me. As I already had some I proceeded to drill and fit the Hero and found one major problem. As drywall anchors have to anchor to the inside and outside of the wall the Hero now does not sit flush to the wall, the Hero is made of plastic, plastic bends, my mountain bike weighs around 20kg... As you can imagine these three points that are holding my bike up are now moving under the weight of the bike and bending around where the wall and the Hero are separated by the Anchor by 1-2mm.I should also mention that if you get the alignment wrong by even an inch the wheels will not sit central to the lower brackets and will tilt either way. What should have been great was a let down and no amount of e-mails to Cycloc would make them understand that these are not suitable for drywall homes unless the reverse side of the hero was redesigned to accommodate drywall anchors

Great design.... Just doesn't work on all walls.
This is a great looking bike hanger, so small so simple so clean. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into its design and even the packaging is a work of art. There are neat screw covers provided and the material feels sturdy even though a dirty pedal will easily stain it.Main reason for only 2 stars is that as soon as I tried putting my 10kg bike on the wall, the screws pulled out. This is probably because I seem to have a plasterboard wall in my utility room (I hadn't known this) so the wall starts crumbling and cant hold onto the screws. Best check how strong your wall is before buying these.
