Q: Does this 'pack' include pre-filter, voc and hepa? your description doesn't help and your images include all three filters.

The description does say that it "Including the PreMax Pre-Filter X 3" and the image does show three of the pre-filters. Also, one of the bullets states "Package of 3 Replacement Pre-Filters". I hope that clears up any confusion

Q: I am loking for the iq air compact plus combination gas and pre-filter replacement filter, is this the one?

This does not do any gas and odor, that requires a v5 cell filter to my knowledge

Q: Does the v5-cell filter fit the iqair healthpro compact i bought in 2009?

The Health Pro Compact does not a V5 Cell Filter. The Compact model will only use the PreMax Pre-Filter and HyperHEPA filter. Only the HealthPro Plus and HealthPro allow for the V5 Cell Filter to be installed, the Compact does not.
