Car Safety Belt Buckle - Baby & Kids Chest Clip for Strollers, High Chair or Push Chair

This needs to be installed on a seat belt or strap that can be removed and has no buckle attached to the strap in order to thread the strap through. Unfortunately my pushchair straps had the buckle sewn in and so they could not fit through the plastic to install and also the same with the carseat straps. Was a pointless buy for me.

When my 20mth managed to open his seat buckle on the motorway it caused a big panic, as there was no real way of explaining that it was really dangerous and he shouldn't do it. I checked that my car seat buckles could be detached (so would fit this buckle) and bought this as a security measure in teaching my little one not to touch the enticing big red button. It holds him in nicely to the seat, so he cant lean forward so easily and find the main release button. The only slight negative is that the seat belt covers the push button. All in all it is very easy to use, and has worked perfectly. We had an american car seat previously, and they are all fitted with this type of additional latch, so we knew it would work well for us.

This is a good product but can only be used on chairs that you can take the straps off to initially install it. We cannot take the straps of our maxi Cosi chair so cannot use the product.

Bought for my son who kept getting his arms out the car seat straps. Put this on and he has never managed to get his arms out since, so fair to say it does the job!Easy to put on after i found out how by googling it haha.

Am amazing idea and design! My daughter was terrible for trying to escape the car seat but this really works and is extremely durable! Would highly recommend!!

My 3 year old is a Houdini in the making and always finds a way to escape her shoulder straps of the car seat, until now this chest clip stops the movement that allows her to wiggle free. This product works a treat in worry free travel. My car seat wasn't designed for this but with some adapting(stitching) I sorted it out no problem and I'm very pleased with the end result.
