I recently purchased an air fryer and was going to start purchasing the spray oils from the supermarket, when it occurred to me that it might be possible to make it myself, saving money and the environment in the process. A quick internet search confirmed my theory, which was very cool and also offered a whole heap of potential culinary ideas!The last bit of the puzzle was that I was going to need a decent little spray bottle for me to put my oils into, so I had a look on Amazon and whittled my selection down to this one, as it was very cheap and the reviews seemed decent enough - and because it was on Prime it arrived super quick, thankyeverymuchJeffBezos.The bottle itself is surprisingly high quality for the cost; the glass is chunky and the upper metal section that contains the spray mechanism is surprisingly hefty - which is a nice surprise indeed. The spraying action is lovely; it creates a fine mist, which is absolutely perfect on all sorts of things from salads to pastas, and is of course brilliant for air-frying.I've read a few reviews complaining that the spray didn't work when it was filled with oil, and without getting into the complexities of oil viscosities and those sorts of things - I should commend these reviewers in stating the bloomin' obvious. You see, you'll need to add some water to the oil in order for the spray to work - a 50/50 mix of the two will do the trick perfectly, and because oil and water are sworn enemies (i.e. they tend to stay separate from one and other), you'll need to give the bottle a stiff shake before spraying.Anyway, I'm very pleased with this little spray bottle. It does exactly what I hoped it would, and because its so well made, I'm hoping that it's going to last for years and years.

Spray not quite as fine as I hoped when using oil

I bought this item as a means of reducing the amount of oil I was using for cooking, for both cost and health reasons. The item works perfectly and produces a good spray of oil. On first use the spray was coming out as more of a squirt but after reading the Tips I quickly rectified this. To get the best use (a fine mist) don't fill it too much or too thick oil and press the button forcefully all the way down.The item comes with Comes with a funnel and a cleaning brush. These make it easy to add liquid and easy to clean. The bottle is Bottle marked with a scale down the side which helps you to control the amount of oil. The bottle is easy to use and fill, one suggestion that I’ve seen is to add spices and dried herbs to the oil to create your own infusion.Overall the product looks great, it easy to use and maintain as well as being better for you both financially and health wise. Its also a lot cleaner and quicker to use than the standard large bottle of oil. Really good product.

Great price for a great product. Oil sprayer is just perfect and really good quality. We use it every day in our house. Great for using the amount of oil I need rather than pouring out too much. highly recommended

This looked nice at first but it was very top-heavy and on the first time it toppled over it broke.The “spray” comes out like a jet stream. I am really disappointed as it looked nice for as long as it lasted.Don’t waste your money, stick to the spray oils you can get from the supermarket.

Have tried different sprays and none of them give you a spray for long. This one I use for rapeseed oil and it’s fantastic as the spray is fine which is helpful when you are keeping control of how much you use.Fantastic bottle which came with a cleaning brush. Really good find and buy, love it.

Very good, and sprays brilliant

Sturdy refillable bottle with solid metal spray top. Works a treat and no more buying expensive and environmentally unfriendly spray bottles. Fill it from a large bottle using the mini-funnel provided.Give it a clean out once in a while with soapy water and the little cleaning brush provided.Nice product - less plastic waste!

I like this product for salads, but one of my two products is missing the little white piece that makes the spray work. That's why I gave it one star it was like it was returned and never checked before it shipped out. I should get a refund for it as it's useless and just leaks and can't spray.
