Works great! Burgers take a little longer than 10 minutes, as shown on the guide, but it completely thaws anything in a way shorter amount of time than putting the meat in water or the microwave.

Don't really work advertised. Does help somewhat in thawing flat objects but chicken that is not flat doesn't work so well

Works ok! Don't think it works a fast a it says it will

I have to admit I was skeptical, and as an Amazon customer I have never written a recommendation. I put a frozen solid chicken breast which was about 2.5 inches thick on one end on the board and within 30 minutes it was totally defrosted. I would have imaged that it would have taken at lease 2 hours normally. In short, not a scam, worked great!

Works but not rapidly as advertised

I am constantly on the go and can never remember to defrost meat before I leave for work. I am so happy I bought this product! I can see myself saving lots of money from not having to order food in anymore. Definitely a must have in every kitchen!

Left a piece of meat on there barely frozen took just as long to thaw as it normally would

Needed a new thaw plate and this one fills the need well.
