I have already used it for one month. My neck completely has no problem. I am a person lying on my back in sleeping. The feathers are fluffy enough to support my neck. I love this soft pillow very much. These pillows are comfortable and elegant. It is soft, firm and very light, but the filling feathers look very good. When the pillow arrives for the first time, they (2 packages) are in the vacuum in the box. It seems that there is no enough filler. But after a while, the fiber expands. You have to loose them before using it. I strike it every few days. This is OK again. They are typical large size（20“x 30”）. I am very happy. It has a very beautiful thick quilting cover. I really like the zipper at its end. Because of it, users can remove or fill according to the need, so that the pillow can be regulated conveniently. I like it very much and replace it with my pillow. I also want to buy one for my partner. He is also a person lying on his back. Everyone has a particular preference when it comes to the firmness of a pillow. My goal with this review is to describe, to my best ability, the type of pillow we're dealing with, so you will be able to see if it's right for you and the way you sleep.These pillows are advertised as having "more filling then similar pillows". I can vouch that this is, for the most part, true. The pillows are stuffed moderately well, but this only goes so far. Personally, I was under the impression that this would REALLY be stuffed, and if you are too, let me be the first to tell you that this is not the case. It states these pillows are for back and side sleepers, and as a back sleeper myself, that usually implies a medium-firm to firm pillow for proper support. I would say these pillows are not quite there, and are more on the softer side. If you have a look at the second photo, that's with very light pressure my hand sunk as much as it did.The build quality is nice and I have no complaints there. It has a zipper system to remove or add filling, and the pillow feels soft and looks to be well stitched.In conclusion, I would recommend these pillows for someone who is a stomach sleeper, but tired of how soft those pillows are and want something with a bit more fluff, or for someone who shifts positions throughout the night and can't really invest in one type of pillow.

This pillow is large and full. The comfort level is good compared to others I have owned. My first impression of this pillow, this is not a firm pillow, but if you like a pillow to squish down when you lay on it, then this might not be exactly what you have in mind.I thought it looked luxury level.When I lay down it's very comfortable and supportive. It is good for side sleepers. So as far as comfort it does get 5 stars.I thought as long as the pillow itself is comfortable that is all that matters.After the first night I did have a neck ache. I figured it just needed to be broken in, so that's what I've been trying to do. It is very comfy to lay on, but it does still leave me with an unusual feeling in the morning much better, but still different.The best way to explain it is that they do need to be broken in, and due to their plush comfiness they are still the ones that I use.

I wake every morning with headaches before I got this pillow, the fact that this supports my head and neck just right is amazing. It is soft yet durable, machine washable and easy to dry. When having as many issues as I do with headaches in the morning you're always wanting to try something different and new I was kinda skeptically at first to try this yet I'm glad I did I can now get up and take on the day without head pain or neck pain. I have used this pillow now for over 10 days and I'm ready to order more just so I have them to take on trips. the fact that they come compressed and you let them get back their shape and full potential by unpacking them and leaving them for 24 hrs to inflate by themselves is easy and great. the inside of the pillow is made of very soft fluffy material that bounces back to shape after a night of sleeping on it.LOVE THIS PILLOW AMAZING FEELING

When it arrived it was a THIN little flat thing. I took off the plastic covering and WOW - I got to watch it grow and grow until it was HUGE! It is the FULLEST pillow I have ever seen! It does push down when you lay on it but it springs right back when you get up! I find it quite comfortable if maybe TOO fluffy (if there is such a thing)!I received an incentive to purchase this and review it - but if I did NOT like it - I would absolutely say so! We are enjoying using them to sit up to watch TV with - as the support is amazing! I would highly recommend getting this. It is NEW and DIFFERENT from anything I have seen before. I think you will be amazed at it's ability to "grow" back in the morning!!
