Took me 10 days to use the mid-level extensor to a point where it broke, and that was disappointing. Otherwise, product is ideal. Light and Heavy extensor trainers are lasting, and all grip trainer rings are still working extremely well.

For the price and the different types of resistances that come with is ok. I say that only cuz they will rip in due time. Mine did in a month. Maybe my arm is just too strong for these weak bands 🤔

I had a flexor tendon injury and these are just like the strengtheners that we use when I go to occupational therapy. I would definitely recommend them. Between the three resistance levels, you can choose what is best for you and your needs. I like the blue one best.fast shipping from the seller too.

Bought this to help my tennis elbow. The three different resistances is great help to relieve the pain, while building forearm strength. I'm glad I got this item!

I bought these for my daughter who asked from some grip strengthening aids to help here with rock climbing. For the price, they are very nice for a beginner.Updated 6Feb2020: At first I thought these were pretty good, but they prove to be mediocre at best. There are better grippers and extensor bands out there, just spend a few more dollars on those.

What a great tool. Just sitting watchin TV and making stronger hands without the old style metal squeezer.

Due to a sprained/tendonitis this products are brilliant! physiotherapists should recommend these items as it helped tremendously in strengthening mobility.Good if you have pain in your hands/wrist and arm.
