Excellent product
These muffin tins were such a bargain. They are quite solid so hold their shape and more importantly the contents steady. I use these for egg muffins (mini omelettes) and I put the on a baking tray for extra balance. I did use a little oil spray but to be honest it wasn't necessary as they have a really good non stick coating and they didn't stick at all. They're not particularly deep but they are wide so each tin provides a good portion size. Would recommend.
